<\/i><\/i><\/span>How do I get the quote \/ fare? <\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

The price can be calculated on our website in the section Get the quote & Book online.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

You need to provide your pick up and destination address, choose the date, time, the amount of the passengers and then click on Next.<\/p>\n

Here you will see alist of vehicles with fares. You can choose one by clicking on Book now.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>I cannot find my address <\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Please notice we have integrated Google maps into our booking system.<\/p>\n

Please try adding your street name and house number.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>I did not receive the confirmation email. What to do? <\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

The main reasons why you did not receive a confirmation email is:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A wrong email address has been provided (in this case we kindly ask you to contact us by Contact form<\/span>.<\/a> Please provide all the information about your booking, so that we could find your reservation).<\/li>\n
  2. The confirmation got into the spam box<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You did not receive a second email with the details of the driver:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The reason is that your booking is not complete (no full pick up or destination address, flight number missing, etc.) In this case you will receive an email to provide us the missing information.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    <\/i><\/i><\/span>How do I pay if I booked two way?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

    In case you have booked for two ways, you pay each ride separately to the driver when arriving to your destination.<\/p>\n

    If the full amount on your voucher is 100 Euros, it means you pay 50 Euros after each trip.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    <\/i><\/i><\/span>How can I book a taxi?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

    The taxi has to be booked online through our website by using our booking system Taxi Booking<\/a><\/span>. Unfortunately we do not accept any bookings by phone to avoid any misunderstandings.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    <\/i><\/i><\/span>There is no phone number provided on the website.<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

    Due to many phone calls and scam calls we decided to remove the phone number from our website. We also prefer that you place the booking online through our website to avoid any misunderstandings.<\/p>\n

    After placing the booking you will receive the contact phone number of the driver and an emergency number.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    <\/i><\/i><\/span>How long in advance should I book? <\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

    The booking has to be done at least one day in advance through the website. We also accept bookings which have been done the same day, depending on our planning.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    <\/i><\/i><\/span>Meet & Greet<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
    \n

    We provide a meet & greet at the airport. The waiting time at the airport up to one hour after landing time is free of charge.<\/p>\n

    At a hotel or at the provided address the waiting time is maximum 15 minutes. Extra waiting time will be charged.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    <\/i><\/i><\/span>I cannot find my login details. What to do? <\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

    There are different ways to get the login details:<\/h3>\n

    1. Please check your mailbox with following email address: info@airporttaxis.com <\/strong>. In our first email we have sent you the login details.<\/li>\n

      <\/i><\/i><\/span>How can I amend \/ change my booking?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

      Any changes in your booking has to be done by email 24 hours<\/strong><\/span> in advance. Simply by replying your confirmation letter or filling in the contact form with your reservation number.<\/p>\n

      You will receive an update of your booking by email.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

      <\/i><\/i><\/span>How do I cancel my booking? <\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

      The cancellation can be done 24 hours in advance through the client panel: https:\/\/app.airporttaxis.com\/my\/#\/login<\/a><\/p>\n

      Or, by sending us an email through the Contact form<\/a><\/span> with your reservation number.<\/p>\n

      No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled time of the transfer service you wish to cancel.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

      <\/i><\/i><\/span>Our flight delayed or cancelled, what to do?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

      Flight delays: <\/strong>Our drivers are up to date about your flight delays by monitoring through a mobile app or via Google. You can always contact the driver to prevent more delay.<\/p>\n

      Flight cancellations:<\/strong> Please contact us or the driver about your flight cancellation.<\/p>\n

      Please take into account that we depend on the mobile app or Google to provide us with the correct information. We do not take any responsibilities for delays and cancellations.
