The price can be calculated on our website in the section Taxi booking.

Firstly, you need to provide your pick-up and destination address. Also choose the date, time, the amount of passengers and then click on Next.

Here you will see a list of vehicles with the fares. You can choose one by clicking on Book now.

The main reasons why you did not receive a confirmation email is:

  1. You provided a wrong email address (in this case we kindly ask you to contact us by using the Contact form. Please provide us all the information about your booking, so we could easily find your booking in our system).
  2. The confirmation got into the spambox.

You did not receive a second email with the details of the driver:

The reason is that your booking is not complete (no full pick-up or destination address, flight number is missing, etc) In this case you will receive an email to provide us with the missing information.

In case you have booked for two ways, you will have to pay separately to the driver at your destination.

However, it is always the full amount that is shown on your voucher. So if it says 100 Euros, it means you pay 50 Euros after each trip.

The taxi has to be booked online through our website by using our booking system Taxi Booking. Unfortunately, we do not accept any bookings by phone to avoid any misunderstandings.

The booking has to be done at least one day in advance through the website. We also accept bookings which have been done the same day. In this case, it depends on our planning of that day.

The booking system has a google maps integration. You can start with the street name or name of the place (Hotel, Restaurant; Company name etc) and you will get a suggestion.

In case you cannot find it, you can add the information in the field of remarks of your booking. Just enter your full pick-up / drop-off address and we will update your booking.

Any change in your booking has to be done by email 24 hours in advance. Simply by replying your confirmation letter or filling in the contact form with your reservation number.

You will receive an update of your booking by email.

The cancellation can be done 24 hours in advance through the client panel:

No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled time of the transfer service you wish to cancel.
